You can use ColonBroom Premium up to 2 times a day. Do not take ColonBroom Premium less than 2 hours before bedtime.
For the first week, start with 1 serving of ColonBroom Premium daily while your body gets used to increased fiber intake. After a week, increase to 2 servings per day. For best results, use the product consistently for at least 3 months.
